WARNING
The Town of Calais Development Review Board (“DRB”) will hold a hearing on
Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Calais Town Hall for Permit
Application #2023-12 (Kantor Family Trust) which requires Conditional Use Approval for
a proposed vertical expansion of an existing Seasonal Dwelling on property located at
204 The Cove Road (Parcel ID #NP0204).
A copy of the Application as well as all supplemental documentation submitted by the
Applicant may be obtained at the Calais Town Office.
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local
proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
